"Come," he said.

Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, "Lord, save me!"

-Matthew 14:29-30

But now, this is what the LORD says—
he who created you, O Jacob,
he who formed you, O Israel:
"Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have summoned you by name; you are mine.

When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.

-Isaiah 43:1-2

The Bible:
We believe the Bible to be the infallible word of God. Inspired by God, and written by men with the direction of the Holy Spirit.

God:
We believe that there is one eternal God who exists in three persons. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit exist eternally together as one. God was never created,he has always existed. He is the creator of the universe, and sustainer of our faith.

Jesus Christ:
Jesus is the son of who, took on the form of man, was born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life on earth, was crucified, died, and rose again. He is one third of the trinity, and sits at the right hand of God the father. One day, he will return to judge the living and the dead, and establish his kingdom in the new heavens and the new earth.

Man:
Man was origionally created by God in the Garden of Eden to be without sin and have perfect communion with God. Man was tempted by Satan and fell into sin thus destroying his relationship with the Lord. We are now out of fellowship with God until we accept Christ as our savior and enter into a relationship with him.

Salvation:
Salvation is a process that is completely the act of God the Father. There is nothing man can do in order to earn his way into salvation. Salvation is granted to those by the grace and mercies of God through faith in his son Jesus Christ.

The Holy Spirit:
One Third of the trinity, and was delivered to the world at Pentecost. (Acts 2:1-4) The spirit comes upon the believer at the time of conversion, and is instrumental in the special revelation of God by helping the believer interpret scripture.

The Church:
The Church is not a building, it is a body of believers. All believers are called together under Christ, whom is the head of the church. The church is put in place to help lead and grow the believer in his walk with the Lord. All believers are a part of Christ’s church.

Our Commission:
The Great Comission as spoken of in the book of Matthew illustrates our purpose. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."(NIV) Matt. 16:19-20 Our group is using wakeboarding to fulfill our calling.
