Shipping & Processing

At Wake United, we are committed to delivering your purchases in the most efficient and reliable manner possible. We have partnered with UPS as our primary shipping provider to ensure that your orders are handled with the utmost care and delivered to you in a timely manner.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing
    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Order Cut-Off Time
    Orders placed before 2:00PM EST will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00PM EST will be processed the following business day.
  • Backorders
    If an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email with an updated estimated shipping date. You may choose to wait, modify, or cancel your order at this time.

  • Standard Shipping (UPS Ground)
    Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air)
    Delivery Time: 2 business days
  • Express Shipping (UPS Next Day Air)
    Delivery Time: 1 business day
  • Free Shipping
    Free standard shipping on all order over $150 (within the contiguous United States)
  • International Shipping

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your UPS tracking number. You can track your order directly through the UPS website or via our order tracking page.
  • Delivery Confirmation
    UPS will provide delivery confirmation for all shipments. A signature may be required for high-value orders.

Delivery Complications

  • Incorrect Address
    Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. If an address error is identified after the order is placed, contact us at shredcare@wakeunited.com or 1-800-390-0383 immediately. We will make every effort to correct the issue before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once the packages is in transit.
  • Shipping Errors
    For any shipping errors on our part, contact us at shredcare@wakeunited.com or 1-800-390-0383 immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly at our expense. Report any discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving the product. 
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments
    In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us at shredcare@wakeunited.com or 1-800-390-0383 immediately. We will work directly with our shipping carrier to return the damaged shipment and make a claim on your behalf. Upon return inspection, we will send a replacement product. Damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of received date; claims after this period may be denied.
  • Missed Delivery
    If UPS is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. You will be contacted to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.

 Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes
    Wake United will not deliver any merchandise to PO Boxes. All purchases require a physical address for delivery.
  • Hazardous Materials
    Certain items may be classified as hazardous materials and may be subject to additional shipping restrictions. You will be notified if your order contains such items and advise on the appropriate shipping method. Additional fees may incur.

Holidays & Weather Delays

  • Holiday Shipping
    During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional time for delivery due to increased order volume. We will work with multiple carriers to provide the most efficient and effective shipping timeline.
  • Weather Delays
    Severe weather conditions and/or natural disasters may delay delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such events. You will be notified of any significant delays affecting your purchase.
