All items purchased from Wake United are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, unless explicitly designated as a 'no warranty' product. If the manufacturer is no longer operational, Wake United will assess warranty claims on a case-by-case basis and, at Wake United's discretion, strive to offer a fair resolution. Warranty claims are exclusive to the original purchaser. Our standard procedure is to repair or replace any defective product covered by the warranty; however, no refunds will be issued for such claims. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For inquiries related to warranty, please reach out to shredcare@wakedunited.com
Please note that unless otherwise specified, warranties do not extend to epoxy/glassed surfboards or wakeboards used on, rails, obstacles or features, even if the product is designed for such use.
Warranty Procedure

- Context of the potential warranty issue.
- Photo(s) of the issue.
- Copy of your original purchase receipt or the original order number from Wake United.
- Wake United will provide you with next steps for your warranty claim.
