Returns & Exchanges

1-Year Return Policy

At Wake United, we stand by our commitment to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. With our generous 1-Year Return Policy, if, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange any unused products, you have three options:

  1. Store Credit
    Receive a Wake United Store Credit for the product you wish to return.
  2. Refund
    Receive a refund back to your original method of payment.
  3. Exchange
    We are happy to exchange your product with another.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 365 days from the original purchase date.
  • Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging, including:
    • the original packaging
    • manufacturer's containers
    • manufacturer's documentation
    • warranty cards
    • product manuals
    • all included accessories
  • Please include a copy of your original receipt with your returning product (contact us if you need a copy).
  • Ship the returning product back to Wake United with insurance for its full value (via FedEx, UPS, or USPS trackable methods only).
  • Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
  • Wake United Store Credit will be issued for returns received after 30 days from the purchase date at the price at which the product was originally purchased, unless the product is deemed non-current.
    • Non-current model year inventory will be credited at the current Wake United sale price.
    • Non-current models are dictated by the manufacturer each year. Customers will be notified.
  • Following a thorough inspection of the returning product, Wake United reserves the right to issue a full or partial refund, minus the original shipping charges.
  • Customers are responsible for covering any price differences and new shipping costs associated with exchanged products.

  2. Ship returning product(s):

  3. Include product(s) with original packaging, order number, reason for return, and a copy of the purchase receipt as well as your contact information.

Your Return Refund

Credits will be issued once our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return, which may take up to 5 business days. For credit card refunds, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your next statement.
